Terms & conditions

Last updated 6 September 2026 · OBC REVOLUTION, North Macedonia

In short. You are subscribing to an online service, not buying equipment; nothing is shipped. Every venue starts with a 30-day free trial, after which you choose a package and pay per venue, per month or per year — never per table and never a share of what you sell. If a subscription lapses we never delete anything; the codes on the tables simply stop showing the menu.

1. Who we are

BarMenu.Pro is operated by OBC REVOLUTION, registered in North Macedonia. You can reach us at contact (at) barmenu (dot) pro. These terms apply to every account created and every order placed through this website.

2. What you are buying

A package, for a period, for one venue. Dining tables, menus, categories, menu items, photos, languages, orders, staff accounts and zones are unlimited on every package. A room with forty tables costs exactly what a room with four costs, and there is no fee per order and no share of what you sell.

The packages differ in what a guest may do: read the menu only; read it and order from the table; or that plus asking a guest to confirm a phone number before they can order. Which packages exist and what they cost are shown on the pricing page and in your panel before you pay.

We sell software only. Tablets, phones, printers, mounts, cabling and network equipment are not part of any order and are not available from us.

3. The free trial

Every new venue gets 30 days free, at the Menu + Ordering level, with no card asked for. Nothing is charged when it ends and there is nothing to cancel: if you choose no package, the codes on your tables simply stop showing the menu after a short grace period, and everything you built stays where it is.

4. Equipment you provide

Your guests use their own phones and need nothing from us. To watch orders arrive you need a device with a browser — a tablet, a phone, a laptop, anything you already own — power where it sits, and an internet connection.

We are not responsible for the purchase, condition, warranty, repair or replacement of your equipment, nor for the quality of your internet connection. Any device named anywhere on this website is an example only; we do not sell, supply or endorse it and we are not paid to name it.

5. Your content and your data

Your menu is yours: the names, descriptions, prices, photos and translations you enter remain your property, and you may export or delete them at any time. We store and process them only in order to run the service for you.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your menu to advertise to your guests, and we take no percentage of anything you sell.

You are responsible for what you publish through the service, including the accuracy of prices, allergen information and anything else your local law requires you to display.

6. Your guests

Guests do not create accounts and are not asked for a name, an email address or a payment card. An order is identified by the table it was sent from, and it is a message to your staff — the service takes no payment from your guests on your behalf and never handles their money.

7. Prices, payment and renewal

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay for that period.

Card payments are taken by our payment provider. Card details are entered on their page, never on ours, and no card number is stored by us at any point.

Where a paid period is still running when you buy, the new period is added on top of it rather than replacing it, so renewing early never costs you the days you have left. A free trial is not added on: paying converts it, and the package starts from that day.

Nothing renews automatically without you. We will remind you before a subscription ends.

8. If a subscription ends

We do not delete anything. Your menu, categories, items, photos, translations, tables, QR codes, zones, staff accounts and order history all stay exactly as they are. What stops, and only after a short grace period, is the codes on your tables showing the menu to guests. Paying brings the whole thing back in the same second, exactly as you left it.

9. Refunds

If something we sold you does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will refund the unused part of the period. We do not refund a period because a venue changed its mind about using it — which is exactly why the free trial exists: you can see the whole system working, with your own menu and your own guests, before you pay anything.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, a hosting failure or a network problem may interrupt it. Where an interruption is our fault and lasts long enough to matter, tell us and we will extend your period accordingly.

Your venue keeps working without us: a printed menu and a waiter are still the fallback, and nothing about your business depends on this service being up to take money.

11. Accounts and security

You are responsible for who you give access to. Each person should have their own account with the smallest role that lets them do their job, and a device signed in to the order board should be one you control physically.

We never ask for your password, and we cannot read it — it is stored only as a hash. Where our support team needs to see what you see, they enter your panel through an audited support session that is recorded, rather than by asking you for credentials.

12. Suspension

We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law, to send unlawful content to guests, or to attack the service. Suspension stops the account working and keeps every byte of its content; we will tell you why and what would end it.

13. Liability

Our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost custom or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when they last changed, and a change that affects what you pay or what you get will be sent to the email address on your account before it takes effect.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
